Taking the 4 key points from Part Two,

1. Cross cultural skills such as flexibility, tolerance and strong observation skills
2. Comfortable with ambiguity.
3. Multi-dimensional world view.
4. Open to other value systems.

Seems to me, when I look at these skills, bared to bone like that, I see a set of characteristics that also seem to describe a design thinker. Or a boundary spanner. Someone who would possess the right set of skills required for "The Conceptual Age".
